Trouble is brewing for Devin Haney, who has found himself entangled in multiple feuds. Amid the excitement of the Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois event, the former undisputed lightweight champion made his way to London to catch the action live. However, his request for tickets from promoter Eddie Hearn fell flat.
Frustrated, Haney took to X to express his displeasure, calling out Hearn for his lack of support. “Wow I’m n London.. Eddie Hearn won’t give me tickets to the fight but keep mentioning me every chance he get… Eddie the fakest n***a I ever met bro,” Haney tweeted. Hearn quickly fired back, emphasizing his commitment to his fighters and urging Haney to lose the arrogance.
“You asked me at 6am this morning. First I look after my fighters. Ask someone else and drop the arrogance.,” Hearn, who promoted Haney’s fight against Ryan Garcia among others, replied. The situation escalated when lightweight champion Gervonta Davis weighed in, posting a now-deleted tweet featuring lyrics from Big Sean’s ‘I Don’t F**k With You,’ seemingly siding with Hearn.
He especially highlighted the line, “Uh-huh F**k? I don’t f**k with you You lil’ stupid a** b**ch, I ain’t f**kin’ with you You lil’, you lil’ dumb a** b**ch, I ain’t f**kin with you.” As the drama unfolded, more responses to Haney’s surprising tweet started pouring in, intensifying the feud.
Devin Haney checked by Conor Benn
Soon after the entire feud started going viral on X, Hearn’s other boxer, Conor Benn, joined the conversation. “I’ve took your seat come and do something about it you p***y,” Benn initially responded to Haney’s tweet. Haney hit back to this, claiming he would fight him when Benn’s suspension from boxing is lifted, until then, Haney wrote, “best [to] stay away from dirty athletes.”
